| Morley's on Active Electronics?

Well, I've been playing a Morley on my active ATK3EX1 and I've noticed a lot lately that it farts when first activated (Loud pop noise) and it's only on the really low notes. It's an old Pro Series II Bass Wah.
Has anyone had bad luck with Morley's on active electronics or does the pedal just need a good cleaning and such?
