morpheus on bass?

have any of you tried the morpheus pedal which drop tunes guitars

on bass?


just curious if it tracks well from a 4 string.. . low E being the lowest string....

to lets say drop D C even B if possible.

My guitarist has one and I tried it when he first got it. It tracks the high notes OK, but when you get below a regular guitar's range (i.e. 7th fret on A string) it gives a weird kind of chorusy effect. If that is an effect that you are looking for, then it might be OK. I personally didn't find it usable for bass.

ok thanks Z maybe they will make one for bass only, and i wont ever have to use a 5 string bass again lol

i see they now have one that tunes guitars UP like a CAPO would do. very cool.
