Is the Akai Deep Impact the most expensive effect. I was looking at a couple and they're close to 1K, wow.

i owned one probably around 2009, bought and sold both for $550. there are effects out there that arent discontinued, and cost that much. |

That runs about 290 after tax, and for that you can get a pretty wide range of things; new game console, month of groceries, furniture, etc.
I find it can almost hurt more to spend 300 on something your unsure about, rather than spend 1200 on something your positive about; like a bass. But maybe thats just me. |

You would be crazy to spend 500-1000 bucks on one of them when you could get a pitchfactor (which has been proven to be more versatile) for less used. Yet people pay the hype price for the Justin tones. Ridiculous if you ask me. Expensive doesn't always equal good imo.
