The most I'll spend on a pedal is $200-$300.
what's the most expensive you've bought/or spent on a pedal?

But it would have to be my SansAmp BDDI.

I regularly spend around the $300 mark - B:Assmaster, BJFE Blue Berry, Micro Synth etc...
I'll pay pretty much anything (within reason) for something if it gives me what im after.

I also had an over drive elctronics valve grinder, that was 2 something.
I think the voodoo vibe was the most expensive so far.

yeah, so no $600 bass synths for me.
related note: i sketched out the number of pedals i'd ideally have, and i'm looking at a good seven more, minimum. so much gear, so little money! |

I hate to spend money on something that isn't going to get alot of use, but I would rather live without a certain effect than pick up something that I am unhappy with. I wouldn't say that I need a ton of expensive pedals, but, rather, a few well thought out, quality ones. There are a ton of great pedals that are priced nicely, but I spend all this time obsessing about basses and amps, and never really considered how certain effects would affect my tone. My favorite right now is my Van Amps Sole-Mate reverb-which just happens to also be the most expensive. I believe it was around $300. It's expensive, and more than I wanted to spend at the time, but I've had it for a while and it serves me well. |

The most expensive single pedal I've ever bought was an MXR M-80, for $120. The most expensive pedal currently on my board is a $100 Aphex Bass Xciter. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
