MP Bass SWAW?

There have been a lot of threads about envelope filters lately, but no mention of the Mad Professor Bass Snow White Auto Wah. Has anyone tried it, and if so, clips?

I haven't, but there's no promise that I won't eventually. The non-bass SWAW is still my favorite filter ever.

I had the non-bass SWAW for a long time and liked it quite a lot. I sold it in a gassy moment to fund a IE Xerograph (which I also like a lot). I actually have thought about getting the bassy SWAW, because it is rather different than the Xero, but have to become more wealthy first.

I may have some clips somewhere I can dig up

I have clips I posted of my regular, non-bass SWAW lying around somewhere, too.

Edit: here's the thread where I posted up clips, like, a year and a half ago. It's funny (to me, at least), the only pedal that was on that board that I still own is the X-Blender, and it is sitting in a drawer. At least my pictures are still just as crappy!

I had Smurf's SWAW and I really dig the tone, the its range on bass is pretty limited though.

I really don't understand MP's marketing - why there aren't any clips and reviews of bass version?

I didn't know the SWAW had that kind of pop in it. Some nice bubble funk there! It may not quite do the P-Funk thang, but it definitely has its own thing going.
