Why the ultra-stupid power supply plug design AND location?

First off, I hate the jack on the side, and secondly the jack barely "clicks" in......

Anyone modified thiers?

I haven't modded mine, yet. I am seriously considering doing it, though my current pedalboard design doesn't require this.

Back in the day that kind of jack was the norm, most pedals that had DC jacks used them.

i modded mine with the super high end electrical tape mod. its kinda hard, but once you get the hang of it it will work great. step one: tape the hell out of it. the end.
