Multiple filters.

So I've seen around TB that some of you have multiple envelope filters. What are the pros and cons of having many compared to one?

Gee, why don't you read the thread called "How many filters is enough". It is right below this one. Seems like people on that thread would be glad to answer this question.

There are so many filters that are all different plus with different placement options. In my mind there is not any one best filter because we all play differently, play thru different rigs and bands and have differing expectations and desires- my beloved favorite may be despised by the masses but it's my choice and visa versa.
I am currently using a Boss AW3 before the fuzz and EHX Bass Balls after the fuzz and a couple of patches on the Zoom B2.
