I'm curious if anyone has dealt with them recently? I ordered a pedal from them 3 weeks ago and haven't heard a thing about it. I tried sending an email on two occasions and no juice. Could just be me using a school based email address but. They haven't charge me for it yet but...

I hear calling is the only good option to get answers from them.

yes. I've never ever had them reply to an email. Calling them usually gets an answer, even if it's not the one you want
As always, call musictoyz first before placing an order cos the 'in stock' indicators on the website aren't reliable
