MXR Blowtorch (new and old???)

Noticed that some of them have the red switch on the side that read "torch/on", while some say "boost."


Is there a difference??? Have they changed the function of the switch recently??

I've never seen one with the word "Boost" on it other than the early prototypes.

AFAIK, all the ones in production say "Torch/On", despite the promo images that were published early on.

I have one that I got before they were released to the public and it says Torch/On and I have used a couple that said boost and I have noticed no difference in sound or performance at all.
