MXR Custom Script Phase 90

I was just wondering if anyone had experience using this pedal. I put it on my wishlist for Christmas because I thought that it might be interesting to try. I play mostly rock/funk/jam music. Sometimes quite ambient, where I think this could maybe fit in. Any reviews would be awesome. I also think I am getting the Boss GEB-7 Equalizer, and the Digitech Bass MultiChorus. Anyone have any experience with these? Ohhh and also does anyone know the best places to find the Deep Impact and Meatball? I can't seem to anywhere...Happy Holidays!

I've never played the Custom Script Phase 90, but I have used the script mode on the EVH Phase 90. It was way too subtle compared to the normal mode, which I'm pretty sure is true of all script phase 90's

I've got one. It's essentially an EVH Phase 90 stuck in "script" mode inside a different case. I purchased it for use on guitar, but it's definitely subtle on bass. IMHO, I'd test one out in a store before you buy if you can.

Oh yeah. You're not going to find a DI or MB easily outside of ebay/craigslist/forums. Other options are available for both pedals, which may or may not be what you want. I'd do some perusing around the threads on here.
