MXR El Grande internal TRIMPOT

Where do you set yours?

I just got this in a couple days ago, and took the good off of the trimpot to adjust as it was MAXED out. Here's a pic of where mine is right now, but I'm curious as to where everyone has theirs set.... Any other advice/tips on this guy?

plug your bass into the el grande and put it into an amp, keep the back off, play and adjust it to what you think sounds best.. thats what i did

Yeah, Rob -- I did that for about 20 minutes already & settled here for the moment... I was just curious where everyone else was on this topic. By the way, I was using a Lakland Decade (passive, Chi-Sonics) > MarkBass LMT800 > Ampeg 410HLF.

fairdues man, I have mine about +8db at 113Hz, I found it too boomy at 87Hz
