I just got an MXR Envelop Filter. Because I have a very light touch, even with sensitivity set to max I have to really dig in to get that wah sound.
I played around with all the other knobs for an hour but "digging in" seems like the only solution when I finger pick (of course, if I use a pick, I get a massive funky wah tone).
I don't have this problem with the auto-wahs of my Korg PD4X and Digitech BP-80.
Am I doing something wrong with the MXR?

With any Env. filter, you've got to learn to play it, and I'd be willing to bet the MXR is no exception. |

| | | | Yeah, unless you have a really, really light touch you should have no problem. Agree with the weak battery possibility. |

Done, fini.
