MXR Micro Chorus Opinions?

Sign in to disble this ad
So, i have and love an analogman mini chorus with fixed deep setting, but at times i feel that it might be too much for my needs. I'm intrigued by the mxr micro and wondered if anyone could offer me some opinions on the pedal. i have read the one review here, but there wasn't much in terms of comparing it to others. i've played MANY of the well regarded chorus pedals, so i do have a good frame of reference for comparisons.

I had one for a day. I know folks talked about a volume boost when engaged but I did not experience it. It's not too bad, a little subtle from a depth perspective, but I found it just made my sound too trebly if that makes sense. Not much noise if I remember correctly.
