MXR Phase 90 Help

This pedal quit working properly for me 2 days ago. It was working fine until after I plugged in a new One Spot power supply to it. After that, it only works when dialed to 2 o'clock and up - nothing before that. I even took it out of my chain and put it between amp and guitar and it still doesn't work. Has anyone ever had problems like this? Also, is there any hope for repair or is their something I can do personally? Thanks!

That is wierd... if you can, try to replace the opamps (TL072) if the LFO still works, then is the other dual opamp.

In retrospect, I just realized that it could have happened from jamming a patch cable into it too hard. If that is the source of the problem, what should I do? Thanks again!

well, If the probem would be from a mechanical part (jack) for plugging a cable too hard, you wouldn't get any sound in bypass.
