Ok So I have an effects loop running from the back of my amp and I have my tuner, wah, and distortion running from my bass into the front of my amp.
The question I have is, is there a pedal or switch out there that makes switching between the two easy? In other words, is there a way to cut the signal from my effects loop to my front end and vice versa with out having to turn off all my pedals? I have a pic that I put with this thread.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. This has been such a pain in my balls. If you have suggestions please email me at ndilgard86@yahoo.com |

Also, any reason you posted this twice?

What I think the OP is asking for is a simple bypass-loop pedal. He wants to bypass all his pedals without stepping on each individually.
OP: Google "true bypass loop switcher", and observe that there are hundreds of DIY and pro shops making these bypass-loop switch boxes, at a wide range of price points.
And no double-posting. |

This is what I do for effects. http://www.3dentourage.com/425/effects.htm |

But in bass, 99% of the time using distortion, this will come from a pedal, then, you cna just plug you modulation effects after the distortion and presto! |

If I run my flange, chorus and synth through the front, it doesn't sounds anywhere near as good. Hence why effects loops are made. Oh and it's that !% percent here dude, my ampeg has overdrive built in. It sucks, but it's there. |

Never seen a head with a loop that doesn't have a foot-switchable loop.
You will have to step twice to do both (loop on floor, then loop on amp switch etc.) but it's better than killing your pedals one-by-one.

You can get a simple 2 channel bypass loop that would turn off all your loop pedals, or all your front end pedals, as mentioned. Lots of companies do them custom which is probably your best bet.
