My Hot Tubes is frizzling

Sign in to disble this ad
Ok i got a hot tubes off the bay (the one with real tubes in it)

I plug it in and the stupid thing is buzzing bad bad. even when in the off position. I turn it no and it has this awful buzz and you cant hear anything. If i touch the pedal anywhere the buzz cuts out a little.

It obviously has ground issues. is there anything anyone can say to help me? Im dont know a lot about electronics.
