My rig sounds like God with one bass, and like crap with another! Please Help!

So I spent a lot of time with my rig yesterday.

I have my '77 P-Bass running through my effects into my Mesa 400+ and into my Genz-Benz 2X12"

I got everything sounding like God !!! (I'm sure you know the feeling)
All my dirt was fat, my wah is set, my octave is rocking, my fuzz was fuzzy!

Then I plugged in my new active Schecter DV-4 and it all sounded like crap!
I have heard of pedals not reacting well to active basses, but this is ridiculous.
In fact, one of my dirt pedals provided no dirt at all with the Schecter.

So, my question is...
What would you suggest me putting in between my Schecter and my pedal board so that I don't have to do any tweaking of my pedals when I switch basses?

Can this be achieved ???

I have three knobs on the Schecter
Volume - Bass - Treble

And I am convinced that the output of my P-Bass is actually hotter than the Schecter. I have a Basslines Quarter Pounder pickup in the P-Bass.

Could be. Ibbies are active yet I've heard most have lower output than most passives.

I prefer passives and the idea of passives myself. Every active I've heard sounds clanky.

Have you tried a new battery in the Schecter?

One of these should allow you to match either volume or impedance or whatever to get your Schecter to behave like your P with the pedals.

Radial also makes a couple gadgets, Big Shot A/B and Bassbone, that facilitate switching basses, one just pads the higher gain inst. and the other can boost the lower. I don't think either adjusts the impedance which could be the problem.
I would bet that the Barge GLZ would be the best bet to cover your basses (oops, I punned )
