My Sansamp Board goes to 11 (SOUND CLIPS!)

Here's the multi-amp simulating board i've been working on. There's a few other effects too, but these are the key pieces.

The signal goes from the Punch factory to the fuzz (and some other un-shown effects) to the BDDI. Its output is split in 2 by LS-2 #1 which is set to A+B mix. One signal goes to the input of LS-2 #2 and one goes to its recieve A. The Parallel out of the BDDI goes into the GT-2. The GT-2 signal goes into the the LS-2 #2 recieve B. The LS-2 #2 is set to A+B mix also.

Both LS-2's act as ON/OFFs for the 2 Sansamp Pedals- they are muted when off. #1 that controls the BDDI is usually always on. When I kick in #2, the GT-2's Marshal Tone is released, mixed with the BDDI's sound, simmulating a bass and guitar amp together! The reason I needed 2 LS-2's is that when the GT-2 is mixed with the BDDI, it steals some of its volume, wich is percieved as a drop in low end. So the LS-2#2 had to be mixed with more of the BBDI's volume to compensate.

The bass fuzz before these "amps" lets me use it with either or both at the same time.

I thought this might be helpful to someone struggling over how to attain MONSTER TONE!

Also, I run it into a SVT-4, and that helps too.

I like how you've been careful not to run either of the Sansamp signals directly into each other. I've found with the GT2, BDDI, and VT Bass that all play much nicer when run parallel to each other, as opposed ot serial. I think it's maybe something to do with an overload of speaker emulation.

Would be nice to hear how this sounds.

yeah, the sound gets over processed and very thin-sounding when run in series. I'll eventually get some clips up.

Personally I thought your dry sound was good, and then the BDDI sound good, and after that it got to excessive for me.

dry sound, then BDDI, then BDDI + GT2, then El Grande into BDDI, then El Grande into BDDI+GT2

there are moments in the clip when I turn something off the above list are sounds that I spend more than a few seconds on.

please excuse the rushed, sloppy playing.
