my smm w/ hazarai wont turn on

i've tried it with other + adapters like my moog, and adrenalinn ones and it still wont light up. what gives?

Both the Moog and the Adrenalinn are center positive. Very bad idea... the SMMH uses a Boss-style center negative adaptor.

Was it powering on before? And what'd you use when it was working?
