Totally depends on what you're trying to achieve, what sounds you want, etc. It's all subjective, and it's all up to your own whims. Nothing is worth anything unless you want it.

You have to season to taste

You are just going to have to listen to them and find the one you like. If its a sound you heard on rrecording try to find what they used. The bass/strings/amp/speakers and the player together create the tone. Effects are just part of the spice rack. Time to start cookin!

In this case you'll have to wait to even get an opinion on how the Way Huge/Dunlop pedals sound, let alone try them yourself. Are you unhappy with the Fulltone for some reason? If so, we might be able to suggest some other pedals to try that might better suit your needs. But if it's just a case of wondering if there's something better out there, then welcome to pedal GAS. It's chronic and lifelong.

As for the SansAmp, it's simply a matter of whether or not having presets is useful to you. I've found a few settings I like for different things (Reggae, Slap, Aggressive) so it's worth it to me to be able to store them in and not have to waste time adjusting between songs.
