Need help wiring pedalboard for my synth

I actually don't play my basses anymore. I'm strictly playing synth bass. Currently I'm using the Akai Synthstation 25 with my iPod touch and two apps (Synthstation and also NLog MIDI Synth). Here is what I want to have happen.

The left output will go to my EHX Octave Multiplexer, right output to Little Big Muff and a wah pedal. Then I want to mix them down to mono. In theory this gives me two extra patches without changing presets.

The keyboard only has line outputs FYI.

Would this be best accomplished using a mixer? Is it simpler to utilize the OM's stereo outputs?

Yeah, you'll need a mixer to blend the signals. You should be able to do what you need with a Boss LS-2.
