There are tons of threads on this question. I'd definitely suggest doing a search first on here, but the gist of it is:
SABDDI doesn't have a mids control.
SAPDDI does.

I would also point out that you have already asked this question in your earlier thread. Either way though, def. search on "para" and "paradriver" for lots and lots of threads answering your question.

The para is voiced a little darker than the BDDI, based on my previous ownership of the PDDI, and the BDDI sound clips I've heard here.

I think a lot of the difference is that, tho the PDDI has a mid control, it is placed before the drive/tube sim. Set the mids to the lowest freq (200~ iirc) and boost that and you'll get more distortion effect than with just the drive alone. With the mid shift anywhere above noon, this effect is diminished.

Also, the Bass Driver is designed for bass, to sound like an SVT amp. The Paradriver is a generic instrument pre-amp/distortion/DI that happens to sound good on bass (look at their site they suggest using it with guitars, even DRUMS!).
