Need ODB-3 Help..

Alright, I bought what looked like a mint ODB-3 pedal used. I plugged straight into it IE) Bass- Pedal- Amp. Sounded fine, Just like the other ODB-3 pedal that i had.

I put it into my effects chain and it suddenly muted all of the effects/ sound once it was turned on. I tried using my other effects at this time and could hear very very faintly the sound of my LBM. Its getting power, and does work all by itself.

I moved it around in the chain of effects, tried it with/without a battery (as i have it on a daisychain).

Is my next option to pull it apart and look for loose wires or something?

Gimme some ideas ladies and gents. The effects chain goes Bass -> TU2 tuner -> aphex punch factory -> ehx lbm-> Boss CE-3 chorus. *dont know if that makes any difference*.
