Need some help on where to start

I`m sure this has been done a hundred times, but what`s one more between friends

...right?

...anyone?

Anyways, I want to start building up a board, but as with most people money is a bit tight.

I currently want to get:

A fuzz
A wah
A volume
A tuner
And maybe an env filter or a flanger

Like I said, money is tight so I`d prefer stuff under $130, but I honestly don`t care if it`s a 'big-brand-name' or not - just as long as it`ll get the job done. I`m also a bit of a tone purist(funny to add effects then, eh?) so I`m looking for effects that won`t kill my basses tone, but would rather just add upon the base tone. I`m also looking for stuff that can do a true bypass so that when I go clean everything is just peachy(I guess under $130 is becoming a dream now).

So please help. I`m looking for brand suggestions, individual pedal suggestions, where to shop for them, suggestions on cables for them, etc... I`m tired of GC and MF having almost nothing bass-wise between actual pedals and knowledge, which is why I`m coming to you guys for help.

If needed, I play through an entirely Markbass rig( I just keep getting more and more difficult) and my basses include a StingRay, Warwick Corvette, and a MM Sig J bass. I also dominantly play rock and prog, but I do like to play some more acid jazz/funk things too.

Thanks a lot in advance

Fuzz: Muffs are normally a good place to look, but a couple of guys I know like Grunge pedals
Wah: Morley, or Dunlops are normally a good start, depending on what genre
Volume: Not a clue, sorry
Tuner: Boss & Korg are a good start
Flanger: Personally I use an Aria flanger, but Boss & Digitech are worth a look
Filter: Again, not a clue

But really, just go into a local guitar shop & try out everything you can

being a bit more specific would be good ;p

personally with a budget i'd go for

fuzz - rat / wren and cuff pickle pie B / or a tonebender mkII clone
wah - not a fan personally
volume - earnie ball
tuner - korg pitch black
env - dod 440 or clone ;p

Haha, yeah sorry about that. I wish I could be more specific so I`ll try to describe the tones I`m wanting, but I`m not sure how much it`ll help

Fuzz - I`m thinking something Muse-esq. Thick, dirty, has balls, and hopefully won`t destroy my tone.

Wah - Definantly not an auto-wah, so something like a cry baby. Probably something pretty over the top in sound, as well.

Volume and tuner - As long as the volume has good control with no random boosts, and as long as I can see the tuner in a dark room I`ll be good to go.

Env or flanger - I`m just looking for something that`d add more funk into the sound.

Well, if your money is tight...you could check out Behringer and Artec pedals. I have a couple...and while they aren't the best in the bizz...they can get you through until you can get the good ones. I am currently working on upgrading my board..from the said pedals..to the more high end ones.
