Need some strange dimensions

Ok, it's come time for me to buy some better cables and I'm thinking George L or Lava pedalboard kits.

I would like to know the size/dimensions of each cable end, to see which will allow me the most space. (I've practically filled my PT-Pro

)

So I really just need to know the plug size of the lava and the George L plugs. Thanks
