The Pigtronix Bass Envelope Phaser is totally what I've been wanting for a long time. The filter side is one of my top two fav filters, I don't use the phaser side at all.

I recently sent my EP2 to Dave @ Pigtronix for a volume knob mod and asked him if he's thought about it and he dodged the question. Guess he DID think about it! lol

Anyone try the Pigtronix Bass Compressor? I liked the tone of their Philosopher's Tone but the pop it made when engaging was too loud for live use.

Yes, I'll have a little video of it up fairly soon. I liked it. You can get some nice grind/growl out of it, which kind of surprised me.

Thanks for posting this Tom, this is only the second time I've heard any actual sound on these and even though the sound quality isn't great, the presentation is a lot more straight forward than the Doug Wimbish demo that's already gone up (even though it's super entertaining to watch him go nuts). I'm looking forward to the eventual in depth reviews and demos of the Pigtronix pedals. I've been hoping Pigtronix would make a bass specific dirt pedal and a smaller version of the Envelope Phaser for a while.

Yep... That smaller Bass Envelope Phaser is sitting securely at the top of my G.A.S. list. I definitely see one in my future.
