New board incoming

So for my final few pedals lying around I wanted to get another PT mini so I ordered one from Tonefactor and took advantage of their new powdercoating upcharge.

It was $25 more and when I get it will be silver vein.

I know it's silly but it'll look cool and I tend to keep my PT's for a long time so I've worn a few of them down through the powdercoating, this apparently makes them last longer.

They haven't made the price list official yet as they've only done it on PT Mini's so I'm assuming a PT Pro would be more you know cos it's over 4 times the size

Will get picks as soon as it comes back from the powdercoaters.

This board will sit after my main band board of X2, Turbo Tuner, Subdecay Super Nova Drive, Catalinbread SFT and will have Tone Factor 442, Subdecay Prometheus and Subdecay Echobox, EHX SMMH.

But might play around with that a bit we'll see.

I can't visualize that finish on a PT mini, but the pedals that are headed onto it make me happy.

Got it, finally had some time to do something with it.

it's a lot more subtle than I expected and Brad said similar, the next ones are going to be done much heavier, but I have to admit it feels tougher than the standard PT finish, I got the velcro on a bit wrong and had to peel it off, in the past I've seen this straight up rip the black off but not this, it wasn't easy to get off but the finish was untouched

With the pedals

Either way it was still cheaper than buying one in the UK

Do you have a better camera? Can barely see the finish on that board at all! If you hadnt said differently I would've assumed stock.

Cool idea though.

That is pretty subtle.

Have they invented spray on velcro yet?
