Guys, check out the new David Crowder band Album OUt tomorrow, called "Church Music"... It is amazing! the effect work is phenomenal! related to effects? yes, those guys have given me some amazing ideas!

Yeah, lots of nice programming. I went to the CD release concert (they have that here in Waco every time they drop a new album) and every member of the band was activating some kind of programming, synth etc.. at some point in the show. Crowder had a theremin set up next to him but he never used it as far as I saw. I wonder what the plan was for it. I've seen Mike D, the bassist, use a theremin in the past. It was a great concert and the album is fantastic. I like it a lot more than Remedy and I feel like it's up there almost at the level of A Collision. The album was number 11 on Billboard this past week. Pretty impressive for lil' old DCB.

This thread really does belong in recordings though.
