Sweet! Thanks for the heads up! I'm interested in what the Wolf will sound like.

..."I'm not a bass player" [insert random picture]

Sounds pretty good, but I'll need to hear it recorded direct to really hear what it's doing to the tone. Also kind of shocked since this has to be the first time I've heard Devi speak on any of her videos (although I'm absolutely sure that it's not the first video she has done so, just the first one that I've noticed).

It's the first one I noticed her speaking in too, but I haven't seen each of her videos. From the sound of the Wolf I'm pretty curious, and Hounds Tooth sounds like an interesting fuzz too.

It was Bootsy.

Also, yeah, surprised to hear her talk, sounded nervous.

Just got that email from Tonefactor about the Wolf.

If I was still looking for fuzz I would absolutely go after The Wolf. It sounds so versatile.

My take on 'the wolf'
http://bassfuzz.com/2011/01/16/fuzz-...ever-the-wolf/

1) Sounds great.
2) I can't make it sound quite as great as the TF guy does.
3) Controlling the volume on this pedal is basically impossible, and only those willing to dedicate massive amounts of time to the endeavor will ever really be happy.

I was thinking, This girl is probably a guitar player and then a few minutes later she says she's not a bass player! Guitar players definitely do not automatically know how to play the bass!

I love her pedals but I have no use for them currently. To extreme and not enough volume control.

In a recent video she explained that the surgery she had to stretch her vocal chords was mostly the cause of this (her sometimes sounding like a little boy).

i think it's hilarious when people say how unusable devi (or any) fuzzes are because of how "uncontrollable" they are. fuzz, like anger, isn't about control.
anyway, i dig her pedals even if i have no need for some of those sounds. can't wait to see how the console 2 turns out
