New effect for my birthday? :)

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey, I'm new at this forum..
For along time I saw some posts and reviews on this forum and just today register

I want to buy a new effect for my b-day..
I've been searching for that "Cliff burton tone", I saw the EHX Big Muff (This one this selling today) and it's not that good like the old (and expensive) one..
After that I saw the Little Big Muff and it's sound more like that cliff burton tone..
But, today I saw the Tone Wicker.. what are you think? will be the best?

My Gear:
Musicman Stingary4
Laney RB4 (I'm useing his XLR for recording and I have reverb and delay on mix..)
Modren Morley Power Wah (with boost switch - love it! )
LovePedal Eternity (for guitar is amazing, on bass it's sucks.)

Thanks!
Sorry for my bad english..

Welcome to the effects section, pixels. for a cliff burton, you could go for the russian big muff. but you can also get his sound from the ride the lightening album using an Ibanez bass tube-screamer.

Bass big muff would be a good choice if you want a big muff sound that won't obliterate low-ends. the bass big muff is modeled after the russian big muff.
