Has anyone tried a vintage or the now new reissue of this phaser pedal before? Only 777 will be made and shipped around the world. Only $249.00 at most online stores. Gas anyone?

No GAS here. I haven't heard any clips for it on bass. I've heard a few guitar clips and, honestly, the phaser it's self doesn't really excite me. The best part of it is the stereo panning, so if you can't use that, then you've just bought a $250 phaser that I could probably get for $100 in a Phase 90.

Just my two cents.

Of course, if I could find one, I'd be more than willing to give it a whirl.

Not really true. With only one amp you can use pan as a tremolo.

Do you know maybe how many stages does Flying Pan have? I can't find it anywhere.

Good point. I didn't think about that. But I'm not much of a tremolo person.

And no, I don't really know how many stages it is. I'm sure someone has that figure somewhere

I bought one and returned it. I don't remember details - but it wasn't really very versatile, and the sounds it did get didn't do it for me. I also had one of the Fender phaser reissues. It sounded amazing, but went back because it was really noisy. I ended up with a stereo polyphase.
