Signal chain is in the video description.
I threw in a couple of unplanned Stevie references. I've never actually learned either one of those lines so it's probably not perfect. Whatever, the point is to demonstrate the awesome sounds from these pedals not my bass wankery! Sorry if this induces any serious gas, I hope you enjoy!

I never got along with the GR2 (or most envelope filters for that matter) on account of playing style but for you and Spencer particularly it responds perfectly. Having stuff in the loop so it doesn't affect how it tracks works so well when that is the case.
So many great sounds out of these few pedals. |

Yeah its a stock taiwan oc2. I have owned several others and have a japan made one on the way too. I dunno what it is but the tracking on the oc2's just always work for my playing style. |

| | | Oh my! That's the sound!
I've never really cared about any type of envelope filter. I love Aguilar stuff, but I've never had any GAS for their Filter Twin. I take hat off to Taylor of Iron Ether for his great pedals, but I've never cared about Xenograph. I tried once EHX Q-Tron and I liked it, but not so much to want one. BUT. The Wonderlove... it's just awesome! It sounds better than anything. Maybe even Stevie's own M-Tron including, I'm scared to say that (I checked the official vid after yours)))
Not for my budget right now, anyway, but thanks for introducing! Kudos!

@metalinthenight I wish I had more time to devote to this!!!
@shroomt the fuzz is actually in the loop of the filter which makes it sound like fuzz>filter but makes the filter react to only your clean signal. A great implementation for getting synth sounds on bass. |
