| New Sound, New Board?

Alright so i've been fiddling around with some effects on my own, but now in a band setting i'm looking at throwing together a proper board. I've got korg pitchblack, 105Q bass wah, boss bf3 flanger, an old ibanez delay and a boss metal zone. I'm playing in a hip hop/poprock" style band, but the next album is set to be a bit heavier as this was our singers "transition" from a hip hop artis.
Stingray 4 string - Yorkville xs400 - avatar 410 neo
I'm getting a great sound and often complimented on the sound from this rig , but using the tube drive in the amp i'm not too fond of. Ditching the metal zone as i've used it maybe 4 times for guitar since i was 15. not too fond of the wah as i get a clicking sound and a sound pause whenever its engaged.
for the board
-Korg pitchblack
-way huge swollen pickle or wounded paw attack goat
-Chorus, or something to give me a thicker synth sound
-keep the delay as i've been playing around with it here and there.
-replacing the wah or ditching it all together
-ernie ball volume pedal jr (25k or 250k?)
-dc brick or voodoo power?
If i can find some extra funds (not likely) going to think about a pedal train but for now plan on building a board and running george L cables through it
Just lookin for some input or suggestions
Thanks,
Mike
