New Tone Hammer, unplug to preserve battery?

Sign in to disble this ad
Stopped by Planet Bass today and picked up an Aguilar Tone Hammer. Thanks Tony! What a store! Only played around with it a little bit but seems to have that Aguilar tone in spades. My question is do I have to unplug the input cable to save the battery or can I just turn off the engage button? I hate having to unplug cables to preserve batteries!

This is going to be my gig backup to my DB751. If anything should go wrong with the DB751 (however doubtful) I'll use the spare PA power amp channel and run my two HS210's off of it.

Lex

You'll need to unplug, the input jack is also the power switch on virtually every box ever made. You should also consider a power supply of some sort.

Thanks, I figured that.

Tony at Planet Bass is calling me when he gets his next shipment of walwarts in. I guess it won't matter after that.
