While also out of production (just like the PQ4), PQ-3B still shows up from time to time on E-Bay. There are a couple on there currently. I have 2 myself - great little pedal to have, albeit fixed "Q". One thing I also never understood is why did Boss make the frequency range wider (25Hz to 18Khz I think) on the "bass" PQ-3B than on the PQ4 (100Hz to 8Khz)? The wider band on the PQ-3B is be better suited not just "for bass", but almost any instrument regardless of its inherent range of frequencies. IMO, they should have just simply made one "Parametric" pedal with 25Hz-to-18Khz range & called it done, rather than these two. Just my 2 cents...
