I've this megapedal BOSS GT 10 B I think I'll be able to get that

This is what I would do as a first try.... get an octave setting, turn the sub all the way up and have little or no clean signal, then compress the heck out of it. Try it the other way around too-- compression before octave.

Yeah, that sounds reasonable. Be sure to try both octave-up and octave-down. With octave up, you'll be playing at your lowest register on the bass, and with octave-down you'll be playing the notes an octave higher, letting the synth provide the bass tone. Either way, you want fundamental, and a clean, steady synth tone, an octave apart and heavily compressed--and you want to dial out as much of your bass's natural harmonics as possible.

I don't know about the octavers on the Boss GT-10B but with compression and a Boss OC-2 (and good technique) you can get that tone.

Here's a clip of the OC-2 and then the MXR Bass Octave Deluxe (with the "Growl" knob soloed) playing the same thing.

They sound nearly identical but the Boss tracks a bit better as you can hear.

To add more of the keyboard like ASDR a Moog LPF with an expression pedal controlling the cutoff would get you even closer but that's a lot more money to spend when $50 or so will get you a used OC-2 that will be more than close enough for one tune in a set.

I'vent had time to test the GT10B (octaver and a compressor), but I think I can get that tone pretty close , what I really didn't know was what to use as you guys explained to me like a Octaver and a compressor thing, I was pretty much thinking he was using at least a small distortion, again thanks for the help

You're welcome. The key is making sure you are ONLY using the octave down sound with no clean bass. Obviously then you'll want to play the line an octave up on the fretboard from where the notes would be.

If the GT10B has an expression pedal that can be used to do volume swells you may want to experiment with quickly fading each note in to give you more of that keyboard sound.

The "distortion" you're hearing sounds to me to be from a square wave. In addition to the octaver suggestions above (all good) I'd try the synth on the GT-10B. Try one of the square bass/dub bass presets on the synth in the FX-1 (or 2) module, and fiddle with the resonance and filters a bit. Keep the cutoff low.

Once you get that dialed in to your liking, you can mess around with assigning the expression pedal to the cutoff, so you can open it up a tad during the higher notes.

Then try blending that sound with the octave suggestions from above, if you're feeling really keen.

Yeah, the OC-2-->Moog LPF-->"some kind of fuzz" combination is a pretty popular one around here for making synthesizer-like bass sounds.... the Moog is a love-it-or-hate-it pedal, though, and many people (myself included) are loath to plonk that much money on a pedal just to use for a couple of things where you want a lowpass filter with a cutoff.
