Quick Sample (Five String E and B)
Clean sound is a little clanky because the action on this new bass is a little lower than I'm used to... I'm ham fisted. |

I did a batch of 30 pedals for sale over the D*A*M forum. There may be more in future but I don't have any specific plans yet.

You might want to look into our recent Hobby Builder Bazaar conversation. |

Beta Tester: Source Audio | | Join Date: Jul 2004 Location: Chicago, IL | | A couple quick and dirty iPhone pics...I think grygrx maybe jealous cause of the pretty blue. I hope I like it, between the few clips I've heard and how grygrx has described his usage of it, it seems like what I have been looking for.
SonicVI had about 10 for sale on Monday and they were all gone within 14 hours I think. I got the second to the last one.
Also, I knew the pedal was big, but I don't think I was quite prepared for just how big. Thankfully with how I am setting up my new board, it won't be a problem.
Anyway, here is #39! |

I don't pretend to speak for Sonic, but I am pretty sure if he was in this to make it a real business, he probably would have to do something different to keep it more viable, but as a kind of tribute/re-imagining of a classic pedal, its kind of part of its charm. I like how he does it. He makes some pedals when he feels like it, then makes them available to the public. Doesn't have to deal with wait lists, or people complaining about how long the wait list is. |

So I realize that the jacks being on the side is not preferable to most people, but it was in keeping with the idea of a replica to make it that way (and I think it looks cool too . That's the charm of the pedal and what separates it from other Big Muff derived pedals out there and the B&M is a Big Muff variant, it's no secret, and I wasn't really interested in making "just another Big Muff" clone. It's a bit esoteric really, but I don't mind because it's not my living and I don't really have time or desire to build thousands or even hundreds of them. There is always the option of turning the pedal on its side, so the jacks are facing the back

BTW love how your board matches your couch (Whoops... I think I mean SOFA?) |
