OC-2 -- lunchtime impulse buy

w00t, MIT OC-2 on the way. Ordered from a GC in Missouri for $40 + shipping and tax. There are a bunch of $50 OC-2s listed on the GC used site -- snatch em up!

I think it'll probably end up replacing my Pigtronix Mothership (might get an IE frantabit too for good measure). It's cool, but too distinctive and colors everything that I use it on. I've been running it parallel to the rest of the board with just the sub out, but maybe an OC-2 can do the same thing while letting me get some extra GAS out in the trade.

Oh, and I'll finally be able to do an A/B demo between an OC-2 and the Eventide Pitchfactor octaver mode. I guess I should compare those with the mothership too, eh?

Test 1 has them all set pretty close -- solo'd -1 oct on all three. For the MSG, that means using the dedicated sub octave switch. For the PF that's soloing voice A, with filter around 20, resonance at 0, depth at about 50, sensitivity at 45 to give it movement similar to the OC-2.

For test 2 I tried to differentiate the units a bit more. The OC-2 had -1 and -2 oct dimed. MSG added the square wave at unison, plus the intelligent ring mod tune dimed. PF put filter at 20, filter resonance at 7, depth at 55, sensitivity at 55.
