Digitech Bass Synth Wah, Mode 7
ElectroHarmonix POG/MicroPOG, HOG, Octave Multiplexer, BMS?
EBS Octabass

There are a ton of posts about these, so I would recommend doing a search.

I would recommend staying away from the Octave Multiplexer because it's got a huge volume drop and glitches like crazy.

And, otoh, I love the Octave Multiplexer, and have never expirienced a volume drop. So, it's all very subjective, you need to do some research before you buy.

I still have it but it's in the box ready to go back to MF. If you can tell me how to get rid of the drop I'd keep it. Someone said to crank the input volume, that help a LITTLE with the glitching and did nothing for the drop.

I have a $20 arion that works fine. Never played the boss. On the arion you can't really play the low strings down the neck, but I use it with a qtron and play the higher notes and its pretty funky.

If you do go with the Boss pedal, get the OC-2 rather than the OC-3.

I don't know what I've done to avoid a volume drop. Mine is pedal #4 in the chain, I have a nice compressor up front, so maybe that's all it is. My comp settings are pretty mild, but the input gain is slightly higher than unity gain, so maybe that's feeding the OM a nice strong signal, who knows. Wish I could be of more help, but I'm as confused about your volume loss as I am about mine not dropping.

I have a vintage OC-2 that I've used for the last 20 years. It has never let me down. It's easy to find the right settings so that there is no volume gain or loss, as it is a very intuitive pedal. I run a compressor in the chain after the OC-2.

Hope that this helps!
