Octave before or after wah?

Hey guys! I got a new pedal and that's the awesome MXR BOD and I'm not really sure where to put it on my board; I'm torn between putting it before or after the wah. What are your setups for octavers?

Oh yeah, my wah goes right after my tuner. <---hope this is significant in some way.

Probably before wah, otherwise it will have a hard time tracking.

Yeah I have the MXR BOD as well, I find it works best as the first effect in the chain (only after my tuner.)

Thanks for the tip man! I don't really understand the significance of the internal trim pot as well. ._. It sounds fine as it is.

The internal pot is supposed to control which mid freq. gets boosted when you press that little Mid button in the corner. I don't use it, cuz it appears to still bump mids even if you turn the Octave off (ie. boost mids in your bypassed signal.) Which is dumb design but it sounded that way to me (actually trying it out.) So I ignore that internal pot and that mid boost.

I tried out what you said, and yeah. It does boost the mids quite a bit, and it's a bit noticeable too! ._.
