| Octave down that doesn't sound like a keyboard?

I'm in the process of putting together a pedalboard for my current gig (see signature).
I will be using a lot of 'synthy' sounds, which are mostly achieved using a Boss OC-2 set to solo octave down (i.e. no clean), which runs into filters/fuzz etc.
However, I also want a clean blend with the synth tones. My current solution to this is OC-2 ----> LS-2. The LS-2 is set to 'A+B Mix' mode, with a patch lead running from the Loop A Send to Loop A Return to be the clean channel, and the fuzz etc in Loop B. This is because if the OC-2 is inside Loop B with the rest of the synth equipment, the clean blend is an octave too high. However, I have decided that the OC-2's octave down is too synthy sounding for me to use as the clean blend, because it will sound more like two synths than a bass and a synth.
The solution to this problem is to put the OC-2 in Loop B, and a cleaner sounding octave pedal (by which I mean an octave pedal who's solo octave down sounds more like a bass guitar than a keyboard) in Loop A. I turn on all of the pedals I need for the synth sound (including both octaves), then stomp on the LS-2, and bingo, clean/synth sounds blended.
I guess that basically I'm asking which octave pedal sounds most like a bass guitar?
