Is there a general consensus on the best/fav octave pedal? I might be in the market for one. One that tracks well, and sound less synth-y than a Boss OC-2/3?

If you don't "dig" the tracking anomalies inherent with an analog octaver, then consider trying an EH POG or Micro POG... |

Has anyone tried the Ashdown Sub Octave Plus? I had an Ashdown head a few years back and really liked the octave knob on the head. It was very smooth and subtle. Actually a little too subtle: I like the synth sound for soloing. It did fill out the sound nicely though.
