Anybody know of anything I could use to get an Octave UP effect? I had tried a TC Electronic G Major some years ago and it pretty much worked but was clicky.
The G Majors are so cheap now that the second version has been released I might grab another just for the lush TC Chorus. Any other ideas would be appreciated. |

An analog option would be the Foxrox Octron. |

Of course you could just turn down the suboctave, but that just seems like a waste to me

also used to have a Digitech EX-7 Expression factory that did it

I saw one listed on The Gear Page a short while back for only $135. See, the problem with where you're located at is that the rule with real estate is location, location, location. You stopped one shy of being where the good pedal deals are |

It tracks very well, and it`s polyphonic (2 notes). Clear, too clear for my ears. I couldn`t warm up to the digital scratchy sound.
The only analog option I`m aware of is the Foxrox. I checked it out but I think it has an overdrive function that works great for a guitar but for bass it`s muddy.
I`ve been looking for the same thing for years but it seems like none of the manufacturers are into developing a simple analog octaver that does upper octave well for bass. |

You're welcome.
I've heard pedals and basses that sound horrible on a site but in person sounded pretty good. |
