Priest, did you try going a "hard-reset" of your IP4 and before turning off wifi and going into AP mode? I'm wondering if that will make the experience tolerable?

Thx Rip; can't wait to get home tonight and try it out.

Also, I think future updates on the Audiobus/ JU/ DAW might improve stuff. I remember when I had to restart my iPod gen.2 very often when Amplitube crashed due to low CPU power, but one of the updates made AT work MUCH better. So there is some hope!
Hope they come up with something soon; I've already started working on my iPad2 sales pitch to the VP of Finance (aka "the wife")...

I couldn't because I was on "oncall", which ended at midnight. I'll try again tonight.

Michael Jackson died

Good samples as always dukey

I saw the multiple jam session of march of the polar bear last night on SC
That's a great picture of you and the polar bear who look like he's about to catch you unaware and bite your head off
Thanks Adam!

Ha ha, yes this polar bear looks quite irritated! For some reason almost every hotel in Tromsų which is 250km north form here have one of this polar bears! Probably to impress tourist who come here to see the northern lights. But the fact is that there are no polar bears on the continent. We have one kind of brown bear which is much smaller then the American grizzly.
About MJ, did I miss something??

Yeah, I'm looking for da bear too... Duke, doesn't the North Pole ice cap connect North America and Asia/Europe during the winter? Bears can walk, ya know, and they are great swimmers... some of them have been found 50 miles from shore. So I wouldn't discount entirely that a polar bear, or green bear, or chupacabras or something may have made its way to Norwegian shores...

Now, how is this all related to the Virtual Ampeg B15R, I don't know!!!

I think with the right effect pedal you can make a b15r really growl like one.

I looked up the iPad 2 on Sweetwater, and it is 400 frijoles!!!

It's getting to the point I'm spending more than I'd like on a spur-of-the-moment practicing solution. I'm in need of a laptop upgrade with good monitors/speakers so I can learn to record through my audio interface and Reaper.

On our cell group on Sundays I plan to use JamUpXT out of my iPhone's headphone jack and into my son's keyboard amp. That should be plenty for my needs at the moment. I may miss the ADB/MTD fun bandwagon for a while.

By all means Don't go and buy an iPad just for foolin around with. I use mine all the time at church for playing through and at work all the time. And for fun of course. Do what you can but the iPhone will do just fine for practice. If you are in need of laptop then go that route with free AT3 custom shop and reaper

Just took a look in the App Store and saw the recipes posted today for Audiobus. Every single one is 5 stars and a great review. I haven't seen an app this well recieved since, well never.
