The old Marshall Gov'nor

Hey I just got the old version of the Gov'nor, its pretty sweet, does anyone know or suggest was setting does tim commerford of ratm have on his distortion pedal in know your enemy and wake up or just the whole first album? i no he had this pedal.

Crank the gain, bass and mids. Keep the treble at about 1-2 o'clock. I got that Know Your Enemy sound instantly when I had one.

Funny you guys mention the Guv'nor. My band's guitarist just dug out his old Guv'nor and wanted me to try it. Good sound. Don't think I can use it, but it's a pretty massive pedal.
