So in youre stockpile of pedals, and preamps and such:
Whats the one pedal, rack piece, or table top piece that you would really like to see for bass, or maybe its already made but you would like to see done differently?
Post early, post often.

A dual channel real parametric eq, 3 band with +/- 25 db of boost/cut. The frequencies should be somewhat overlapping and Q adjustable on each band with a shelving option for top and bottom bands. It should take line level or guitar level sigs and be no larger than a typical MXR style pedal. The deluxe version can have a tube gain stage.
A great sounding affordable pedal compressor that has the full range of controls, threshold, ratio, attack, release. It should be able to range into peak limiting, have variable knee, metering, etc. The deluxe version can have a switchable transformer in the output to get that iron sound. |

If this is already out there...sorry for the post...but I have yet to see one... |

would that work? | I don't know......... I've heard that octavers don't track well, but then neither do synths, mabye I should just hook up a dirtbox or two, and drop a whammy bar into the sub octave range, see what happens.
