One more pedal to add to my board...

Sign in to disble this ad
So ive got a Boss pedal board/case and the current pedals in it are a Boss Overdrive, Limiter Enhancer, Equalizer, and a generic Wah pedal. I have one empty spot (I do have a tuner its just not a pedal) and I would like ideas on what to fill it with. I can opt for a Synth, a Chorus, or are there other ones out there? Please let me know!

I'd get an octaver or some kind of filter but that's just me.

Check out the clips section of the wiki:

Also there are loads of pedal demos on Youtube, check out the videos posted by EHX, Boss, Tonefactor and Proguitarshop for starters. Then you'll get a feel for what the effects will do to your sound.

You could also look for a cheap used Zoom B2 multi effects unit, which has all the fx you could think of and is available for the price of a used Boss pedal! Eventually you'll figure out which effects you like and maybe go for higher quality individual stomp boxes, but the B2 is a great practise/learning tool.
