name one pedal, it can be one you have or your dream pedal. but you only get one pedal. i hope its either versatile or just one sound, but you love it. also, consider this is your one pedal for any band you join or are already in. also, no multi-effect pedals folks!
provide company and effect type in your description, picture too if you would like. |

In that case, I would have to simply go for the Big Muff Pi. I love the fuzz effect and use it very regularly. Playing a good amount of metal, the fuzz effect really adds extra depth to the sound and sounds killer when playing along to a fast solo. |

Alright, on topic- I have been using a delay to tossing near-self-oscillation/runaway feedback/whale sounds in during quieter sections. If I had to limit myself to one next time I gig, I'd grab my Subdecay Proto delay.

| | | | EBS ValveDrive. I think I must have listened to 100 or more overdrive/distortion pedals and I was not satisfied with any of them until I landed upon this pedal. I am running a 76 P-bass into a 78 Ampeg SVT with the matching (8x10), and I needed something that would preserve that tone. Works like a charm. |

As much as I love my E-H MicroPOG, the Xotic would be the much more "usable" effect |

| | | | well if its going to be only one pedal then i would use the "guitar kopy kat". it makes your bass sound just like a guitar right down to the out of tune strings and a knob that simulates that one string that always breaks during a solo.
that or the "drum kopy kit" makes your bass sound just like the drums and even rushes the tempo and comes in too early after the chorus just like your drummer. |

*edit* I forgot to pick one...
I would say one of those VT pedals, Maybe just the leeds or the vt.
