sadowsky preamp pedal. it just makes my sound perfect in the mix.
i almost want to say my VT bass, its good for tone shaping but not as good as sadowsky for making my bass sound balanced in the mix.

there is no such pedal!!! any good bass player can do any gig with out any other gear other than bass and amp!!!

For me it's either my Tone Hammer or cream pie depending on if I need a DI on the gig I'm playing, if I do I use both.
