Well theres a bass processor on the market called ToneWorks AX5B. Toneworks is a off brand of Korg. Which make many good products but is this one? I want to try it before buying, but my local guitarcenter doesn't have any, and will only let me buy online.
I trust many people here on talkbass and if u guys told me it was good I might buy it. I was going to get a zoom b2 but it cost more and it would be at least 2 months before I could save up for one. PLZ

You have to buy it, but that doesn't mean you have to keep it. GC has a return policy. If they're going to stick it to you by making you buy it before you hear it, don't feel bad for sticking it back to them if you don't like it. Consider it a $50 deposit to take it home and try it out.

Get a used B2, Zoom B2s are excellent. The street price for a new one is around $80 (with shipping on Internet) so it's not that expensive, either.

Toneworks is a range of Korg products, not an off brand.

Thumbs up Korg Toneworks

I've got one and it well worth the $50. It takes a few hours of playing with it to figure out the features and the manual isn't as good as it needs to be. Overall, I would buy it again!

i have the bigger ax3000b and i quite like it. i would therefore assume that the smaller one would be alright too, and for that price it's probably gonna be worth it.
